AI search optimization, also called generative engine optimization (GEO), means making a business easy for AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to find, understand and recommend. For a local HVAC company it covers consistent business listings, reviews, clear website content and structured data.
How do HVAC companies show up in ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers local questions using web search, and industry research points to Bing's index as a major source. Companies that have a Bing Places profile, consistent name, address and phone across directories, fresh reviews on several platforms and clear service and city pages are easier for it to recommend.
How much does it cost?
Iscra Search is a new studio run by a student building a portfolio, so the first few HVAC companies are served without charge. In return we ask to publish the before and after results as a case study.
How long until results show up?
Listing and website fixes take one to two weeks. AI answers change more slowly, so I re-run the same test questions 30 to 60 days later and show what changed. Nobody can guarantee a specific AI answer.
About me
I'm Eugene Piatibrat, founder of Iscra Search and a student focused on how AI assistants choose which local businesses to recommend. I work remotely with HVAC contractors in Texas, starting with Frisco, McKinney, Plano and Austin.
"Iscra" means "spark". I chose HVAC because in Texas heat an AC breakdown is urgent, and more homeowners now ask an AI assistant who to call instead of scrolling through search results.
